Rich started practicing Pilates & Yoga at the centre in 2016 due to lower back nerve problems causing him to lose the use of his left leg for a short period, after 3 months of hard work at the centre the symptoms disappeared and Rich was hooked on the power of Pilates & Yoga.
Rich is trained as a Level 3 Pilates instructor & a Gravity Yoga instructor, he teaches classes at the centre both live & zoom (online).
Rich also teaches small workshop style classes for beginners to Pilates, preparing beginner & nervous students for on the ball Pilates classes at the centre.
Rich is qualified to access your alignment & posture in a 1-2-1 class environment at the centre and advise you on the correct exercises/classes to correct posture problems.
He also has a big smile and sometimes wears funny T shirts!
