Aisha Taylor

With over 20 years of experience as an Osteopath and more recently in women’s health, Aisha brings a deep understanding of the body to
her practice as a yoga teacher. Her unique approach combines somatic movement with mindful breathwork to release tension and trauma stored within the body.

Aisha’s classes blend gentle Hatha yoga with somatic principles, offering a flowing practice that enhances body awareness and deepens interoception—our ability to sense and connect with internal bodily and emotional states.

By integrating these practices, she helps guide students in reconnecting with their body’s natural healing abilities, promoting greater self-awareness, emotional balance, and ease of movement.

She teaches every Thursday morning at the centre, and offers one to one sessions upon request.
